After complying with the procedure ♣of this Act or the Labour Act, 2048 (1992) by the Authorized Trade Union or the office bearer of such Trade Union. while doing anything in the context of collective bargaining have affected by its action to the Enterprise, no case shall be filled against Trade Union
or the officials in any court regarding such action.
